Looking for a strong specialist to lead and expand the Japanese market direction in an established team working with fintech, crypto, and binary options traffic channels.
About the company
- Not a startup — a stable team that's been running for years
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Japanese traffic channels (fintech, crypto, binary options)
- Initially — deputy to the current head of direction, later — full independent management
- Managing a team of 2 Japanese local employees
- Developing and scaling new traffic channels
Requirements
- Experience in binary options, crypto, or related fields
- Good level of English
- Experience with the Japanese market — a big plus, but not required (we'll train you)
- Leadership qualities and the ability to find growth opportunities
- Relevant experience (affiliate marketing, team lead roles, etc.)
Conditions
- Remote (worldwide)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 hours
- Real career growth path: from deputy to independent head of direction
