We are a fintech company providing financial brokerage services and a SaaS trading platform, seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow our partner network in MENA.

Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and onboard new partners for RevShare and CPA models in MENA
- Build daily relationships with partners and prospect for new ones
- Process inbound partner applications daily
- Manage, support, and grow relationships with existing affiliates
- Coordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates
- Monitor affiliate activity to detect and prevent fraud
- Handle partner inquiries and provide timely support
- Initiate new projects to improve the affiliate program
- Attend internal/international affiliate events — meetings, conferences, business trips
- Collect partner feedback and share it with the team lead
- Prepare and analyze reports
Requirements
- Mid-level+ experience in affiliate management
- Fluent English
- Proven experience with affiliate programs in Forex/brokerage
- Experience managing CPA/RevShare programs
- Strong networking, relationship-building & sales skills
- Arabic fluency — a big plus
