Birmarket is Azerbaijan's largest marketplace seeking a Product Manager to join their Pricing team to focus on product-driven development and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Apply a product-driven mindset, focusing on customer value and achieving business outcomes.
- Work with product metrics and understand how they influence product and business decisions.
- Define and communicate Product Goals and Product Outcomes to the teams.
- Take part in all key team ceremonies and activities.
- Effectively manage the product backlog, including prioritization, decomposition, and preparing tasks for development.
- Gather, structure, formalize, and clarify business requirements.
- Work with hypotheses: formulate them, validate them, and analyze the results.
- Make product decisions at the implementation level together with the team.
- Establish effective cross-team collaboration and manage dependencies.
- Build transparent communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage delivery processes, including flow, delivery predictability, and risk management.
- Research the market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Track and analyze product metrics.
- Design and run A/B tests and analyze their results.
- Manage the product lifecycle end to end.
- Lead product discovery activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Team Product Manager within product teams.
- Hands-on experience with pricing at scale, working with tens of thousands of products, parsers, and matching systems.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and processes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and others.
