Supporting the accounting team with daily finance and accounting activities
Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with account reconciliations and investigations of discrepancies
Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Working with modern finance systems and digital accounting tools
Collaborating with colleagues across different departments and international teams
Learning new processes and continuously developing your accounting knowledge
Contributing ideas to improve finance processes and increase efficiency

End-to-end accounting processes (AP, AR, General Ledger and Fixed Assets)
Month-end and year-end closing procedures
Austrian accounting principles and international finance processes
Exposure to US-GAAP reporting and SOX-compliant controls
Modern finance systems such as Workday, BMD and other accounting applications
How finance supports growth in a fast-scaling international technology company
Completed finance/accounting/business education (University, HAK, FH)
Fluent German and English skills (Minimum C1 level in both languages)
Strong interest in accounting and finance
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

The minimum gross salary for this position is €35,000 per year on a full-time basis. Final salary is negotiable and will scale based on your skills and experience.
