Finance Agent role based in Limassol, Cyprus focusing on managing payments and financial workflows in the FX/Fintech sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily deposits and withdrawals (Wire, SEPA, Cards, E-wallets)
- Perform bank and PSP reconciliations
- Resolve transfer exceptions and stuck payments
- Monitor PSP performance and analyze financial KPIs
- Automate workflows via Google Workspace
Requirements
- 1–3 years back-office/payments experience (FX/Fintech)
- Expert in Google Sheets & Workspace
- Knowledge of FX mechanics and Crypto
- Detail-oriented under tight cutoffs
