Senior analyst role specializing in 1C systems with responsibilities in data analysis, reporting, and business process optimization.

3–5+ years in an analytical role with 1C systems.
Experience with 1C: Accounting Enterprise, Payroll and HR (ЗУП), Trade Management, Document Management, Holding Management.
Data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation, forecasting and business process optimization.
Technical skills: SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau and other analytical tools.
Ability to structure tasks, interact with the business, and present results.
Knowledge of other ERP systems, Big Data, Python or other programming languages.
Higher education in economics, mathematics, statistics or IT.
