- is trusted by fast-growing operators to run critical operations with speed, control, and confidence.
- is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to build and scale the referral channel: our highest-conviction, highest-trust partnership motion. You will own the development of a network of service providers who already advise consumer brands, including: fractional CFOs, COOs, and operators; outsourced accounting firms; 3PLs; and complementary software (ISV) and CPG communities.Your job will be to turn those relationships into a steady flow of qualified, well-fit referrals into our sales team. The motion is simple: a trusted partner introduces a good-fit brand, we qualify and run our normal sales process, and the partner earns revenue share when the deal lands.
- This is a builder role. You will source and prioritize the right firms, get them to know and trust , and make it easy and worth their while to send us their clients. The discipline is depth over breadth: we would rather deeply activate 10-15 priority partners than manage 100 low-fit intros. You will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with our Partnerships Director (referral motion) and the Sales team on lead handoff and conversion.
- Years of Experience: 4-7 years in partnerships, channel/referral development, business development, or partner-facing sales at a B2B SaaS company.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in or selling into the CPG / consumer-brand ecosystem strongly preferred, - or an adjacent "Office of the CFO" / operations software background. You understand how consumer brands operate and who advises them.
- Commercial Foundation: Demonstrated track record of building partner-sourced pipeline and converting relationships into revenue outcomes, not just signed logos.
- Organizational Acumen: Comfortable navigating small service-provider firms (fractional shops, accounting firms, 3PLs) to find the principal who actually controls referrals.
- Builder Mindset: You've stood up a referral or channel motion before, or been early enough in one to know what "building the plane while flying it" looks like. You thrive in ambiguity.
- Recruiter Instinct: A natural relationship builder who can open doors cold, earn a partner's trust, and keep them warm and producing over time.
- Disciplined Focus: You can say no to low-fit partners and concentrate your energy on the few who will actually generate pipeline.
- Commercial Fluency: You think in partner-sourced pipeline and revenue share, and you keep attribution clean. You're comfortable with qualification and CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
- Cross-functional Operator: You partner naturally with Sales, Marketing, and our Partnerships Director. You bring structure to collaboration without bureaucracy.
- Proactive & Autonomous: Must be a self-starter who actively "does the work" without relying on direction or hand-holding at every step.
