Reporting to the Director, Legal Operations & Technology, this role combines technical AI engineering skills with legal domain knowledge to design, implement, and maintain AI solutions that accelerate legal service delivery across the organization.
- Legal Operations & Technology is the engine that makes the legal function run efficiently — owning the department's technology stack, process design, vendor relationships, and performance metrics. As a foundational member of this new team, you will translate that operational mandate into working technology, partnering closely with attorneys, the broader legal team, and stakeholders across Flagship.

- The salary range for this role is $108,000 - $176,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits.
