Buscamos una persona con experiencia en  Salesforce Marketing Cloud  y una mirada consultiva, capaz de conectar las necesidades de negocio con soluciones tecnológicas que generen valor.
Es un rol híbrido: alguien que entienda bien el ecosistema CRM y marketing automation, pero que también disfrute conversando con clientes, definiendo proyectos, preparando propuestas y acompañando a los equipos durante la entrega.
No buscamos únicamente un perfil técnico ni exclusivamente comercial: buscamos a alguien que pueda hacer de puente entre ambas áreas.
 
Escuchar y entender las necesidades de clientes o equipos internos para proponer soluciones relevantes.
Participar en la definición de estrategias y proyectos de CRM, personalización y automatización de marketing.
Diseñar, junto con equipos especializados, soluciones basadas en Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Preparar propuestas, presentaciones, estimaciones y alcances de proyecto.
Facilitar conversaciones y workshops con clientes para alinear objetivos, prioridades y formas de trabajo.
Coordinar a los distintos equipos implicados —estrategia, datos, tecnología y creatividad— para asegurar una entrega fluida.
Acompañar los proyectos de principio a fin, anticipando riesgos y manteniendo una comunicación cercana con los stakeholders.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades para mejorar la experiencia de cliente y hacer crecer las cuentas.
Experiencia trabajando con  Salesforce Marketing Cloud , idealmente en proyectos de CRM, marketing automation o customer experience.
Capacidad para entender requerimientos de negocio y convertirlos en soluciones claras y accionables.
Experiencia en consultoría, gestión de proyectos, relación con clientes, preventa o delivery.
Comodidad preparando propuestas, estimaciones y presentaciones.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación: podrás hablar tanto con perfiles de negocio como con equipos técnicos.
Organización, autonomía y capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos o prioridades a la vez.
Actitud colaborativa, curiosidad y ganas de resolver problemas.
Inglés profesional,  ya que trabajamos en contextos internacionales.
