Responsibilities
- Write code to help users unlock the full potential of the stack
- Help top-tier teams design, scale, and optimize their use of Alchemy's infrastructure — from smart contract automation to custom data pipelines
- Deeply understand customer goals and proactively help them onboard, integrate, and ship powerful products on top of the infrastructure
- Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts, navigating technical blockers, future planning, and success metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar)
- Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture
- Comfortable writing and reading code — Python, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages
- Passion for blockchain, crypto, and the infrastructure powering it
