Responsibilities
- Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Drive AI-driven moderation initiatives and build next-gen moderation tools.
- Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance challenges.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
