Responsibilities
- Own financial planning and forecasting
- Manage cashflow tracking, reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Manage and execute daily fiat and crypto payments
- Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor payments
- Implement and manage risk controls and monitoring for both fiat and crypto transactions
- Collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to AML/KYC requirements
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal advisors
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence processes
- Take hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance operations and resolve operational issues directly
- Ensure ongoing tax compliance across relevant entities and jurisdictions
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in a finance lead/manager role (ideally in fintech, online gaming, or other high-risk industries)
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with multi-entity or international structures
- Solid understanding of payments, FX, and crypto/fiat transaction flows
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to both design processes and execute them independently
- Comfortable working in a lean environment with broad ownership and limited layers of support
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes
