Accurately pick and pack cards, gifts, and products in line with customer orders
Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality personalised items
Assemble and present bundled gift products to brand standards
Carry out detailed quality checks on printed and packed items
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work flexibly across production areas to support business needs, especially during peak periods
Report equipment issues, defects, or errors to team leaders promptly
Contribute positively to team performance and continuous improvement
