We’re hiring an experienced IT Technician for an international team to handle SAP installations, upgrades, and technical support for a large complex business software product in Limassol, Cyprus. The role is full-time remote with a focus on Windows and SQL environments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for SAP installations and upgrades for new and existing customers
- Provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of customer software
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Good understanding of Windows and SQL environments
- Experience with software installation and configuration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CCNA or MCSA certification would be a plus
- Fluent English
