Responsibilities
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver HR advisory that supports growth
- Leading and developing your HRBP team
- Guiding stakeholders through complex people matters
- Working with HR Centres of Excellence to keep service delivery sharp
- Shaping HR strategy through market intelligence and best practice
- Owning compliance, SLAs, and quality standards across the function
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with real depth in HR Business Partnering
- Strong leadership, proven experience managing and developing teams
- Broad exposure across HR domains and related committees
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Banking experience is a plus, not a must
