We are a dynamic technology company supporting fintech and iGaming partners, seeking an experienced Head of Risk & KYC to lead risk management, compliance, and customer due diligence.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Risk & KYC function and manage daily operations.
- Develop and maintain KYC, AML, and risk policies and procedures.
- Oversee customer onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, KYC, or AML roles.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and risk management practices.
- Experience within iGaming.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
