Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents, LLM tools, data pipelines, APIs, and internal integrations
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate results clearly
- Apply ML for scoring and forecasting; monitor production quality and data drift
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial Python development, including 2+ years in ML or applied AI
- Experience with LLM agents, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and evaluation or observability tools
- Production AI/ML delivery, strong SQL/PostgreSQL, testing, Git, and documentation
- Clear communication with business stakeholders and engineering teams
