Responsible for managing physical POS operations to support online payment services.

Management of end-to-end operational processes related to POS operations
Definition of POS banks and management of POS activation processes
Investigation of systematic errors and issues in operational processes and taking necessary actions to resolve them
Identification of system improvements in operational processes and collaboration with relevant teams
Continuous review of business processes under responsibility, identification and resolution of inconsistencies with company policies, procedures, and instructions
Monitoring of SLA times and ensuring reconciliations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
Knowledge of POS systems and banking processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with SLA management and reconciliation processes
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
