Senior Software Engineer role focused on designing and improving core infrastructure for healthcare AI workflows.

As a Software Engineer working on Platform, you will design, build, and improve the core infrastructure and systems that runs on, ensuring the platform is reliable, scalable, and ready to support rapid growth.
Lead platform and backend projects from planning through implementation
Build and maintain shared libraries, services, and internal APIs that product engineers rely on
Improve the developer workflow: build times, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and local development setup
Contribute to core platform direction, using system improvements to support higher scale and reliability
Maintain and extend infrastructure across compute, data, and deployment systems
Champion good engineering practice through code review, testing, and maintainability
Design and implement robust APIs, authentication, and middleware that hold up under load
Harden production systems with sensible defaults around access control and secrets management

Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects
Significant experience working with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and backend services (Python and/or similar languages)
Working knowledge of security best practices for cloud infrastructure and production systems (access control, secrets management, secure networking)
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to work across the stack
