- We are currently looking for a Brand & Content Senior Manager, Sportsbook , to join our Canada team! This is a pivotal role responsible for uncovering consumer insights that define Sportsbook’s brand positioning and translating them into high-quality, breakthrough campaigns that drive brand affinity, acquisition and retention. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Product, Content, Media, Commercial and Communications, while leading important external relationships with media and brand partners. The ideal candidate has experience building high-quality consumer brands in competitive markets, developing integrated content and partnership strategies, and bringing a strong long-term strategic vision.

- Lead Canada's brand strategy and creative direction for Sportsbook.
- Develop breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, differentiation and customer engagement.
- Lead the development of strategic brand and media partnerships and integrations with leading Canadian companies, creating proprietary experiences that extend the Sportsbook brand beyond traditional advertising.
- Lead and own key relationships with major Canadian media partners such as TSN, working with partners to develop and execute high-impact Sportsbook integrations, including in-show segments, talent-led content, custom features and other editorially relevant brand moments.
- Own Canada's organic Sportsbook social content strategy, building an engaging content ecosystem that grows audience, drives engagement and strengthens brand affinity.
- Partner with Creative, Media, CRM, Product and Commercial teams to ensure consistent Sportsbook brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- Champion innovation in creative development by identifying, testing and implementing AI-powered tools and new creative workflows that improve speed, quality and effectiveness.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, content formats and consumer trends to ensure remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Develop Sportsbook content strategies that balance brand-building, cultural relevance, sports moments and commercial performance.
- Lead agency and external creative partner relationships, ensuring world-class creative execution and continuous improvement.
- Build measurement frameworks that evaluate brand health, campaign effectiveness, content performance and partnership ROI.
- Partner with Insights and Analytics teams to translate consumer behaviour into actionable brand and content strategies.
- Manage, coach and develop a small high-performing Brand & Content team, fostering creativity, collaboration and continuous development.
- Work cross-functionally with Media, Commercial, Product, Legal and Communications teams to bring integrated Sportsbook campaigns and partnerships to market.

- THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 6+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, content strategy or integrated marketing.
- 2+ years managing a team
- Demonstrated success building consumer brands through breakthrough creative campaigns and innovative marketing programs.
- Experience leading strategic partnerships, sponsorships, media relationships or branded integrations.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior relationships with media companies and developing integrated broadcast, digital and in-show brand activations.
- Strong understanding of sports content, social content strategy, audience development and community engagement.
- Passion for emerging technologies, with experience leveraging AI or creative technology to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Experience leading agencies and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Previous people leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop talent.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect brand investment to business outcomes.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

- The applicable salary range for this position is $117,000 - $146,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
