Project Manager role in a FinTech company based in Paphos, Cyprus, working onsite with a focus on loan disbursement and customer retention projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects that directly impact loan disbursements, approvals, risk, and customer retention.
- Act as a key link between Development, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and drive projects through to completion.
- Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvement plans.
- Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.
Requirements
- Experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excel and SQL skills sufficient to validate data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to negotiate effectively.
- Someone who enjoys delivering results, rather than simply "managing processes."
