- Lifecycle marketing to ensure no lead or customer relationship goes cold along the way.
Requirements
- Proven lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience in SaaS or a marketplace, owning revenue-linked metrics, not open rates.
- Built segmented lifecycle programmes from scratch: ESP setup, segmentation logic, triggers, automation.
