- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth agency
- Strong English and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- Full availability during 9 AM - 6 PM US EST hours
Conditions
- Fully remote
- Work hours 9 AM–6 PM U.S. Eastern Time
- Salary $2,000–$3,000/month + bonuses (up to 15%)
