We are looking for an experienced Head of VIP to join our team in Cyprus. This office-based role offers relocation support and involves leading the VIP department, developing strategies, and managing relationships with high-value players.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage VIP players
- Leading and motivating a team of VIP Managers or Account Managers
- Building strong, personalized relationships with VIP players
- Setting and monitoring KPIs for the VIP department and individual team members
- Using data to understand player behavior, identify opportunities, and optimize performance
- Managing VIP programs, bonuses, and special events to enhance player experience and loyalty
- Managing the VIP department’s budget and resources
- Providing regular reports on VIP performance to senior management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Head of VIP or Team Leader in the iGaming industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
- Strong negotiation skills to manage player expectations and offer appropriate incentives
- A good understanding of the iGaming industry and its products
- Proficiency in English and potentially other languages relevant to the target market
