Sales role focused on building relationships and selling insurance products at a top-performing Insurance agency.

Build relationships with new and existing clients
Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find the right insurance coverage
Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships
Meet and exceed sales goals
Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM
Continue learning through coaching and training

We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys talking with people
Is comfortable making phone calls
Wants to build a career instead of just finding another job
Likes working toward goals
Handles challenges well and doesn't give up easily
Is coachable and open to feedback
Wants an opportunity with real growth potential
At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and dependable
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
