Responsibilities
- Process inconsistent data from multiple sources
- Reconcile data with different formats, duplicate records, and missing fields
- Structure and consolidate data from multiple files
- Clean data and automate repetitive tasks
- Use AI coding and automation tools, including Claude Code
- Build simple internal tools and dashboards
- Communicate with U.S.-based clients via apps, email, and phone
- Handle data-related operational tasks
- Learn new tools quickly and apply them independently
- Collaborate with the team and take ownership of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Ability to analyze and structure complex multi-source datasets
- Ability to independently determine how to reconcile and consolidate scattered data
- Hands-on experience with AI coding and automation tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar
- Experience may come from self-learning or personal projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and reliable approach to working with data
- English — C1, advanced, both spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of formulas, structured tables, and pivot tables
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ownership and ability to work independently
- Ability to solve unfamiliar problems with minimal guidance
Nice to have
- Exposure to scripting
- SQL experience
- Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools
- Python

- Experience working with large volumes of information
Conditions
- Full-time employment
- On-site work
- 5/2 schedule
- 8 working hours per day
- Evening shift according to Almaty time
- March–November: 17:00–01:00
- November–March: 18:00–02:00
