Responsibilities
- Legal support for real estate transactions in Cyprus: property appraisals, preparation of purchase and sale and lease agreements, risk management, liaison with government agencies, and registration oversight
- Opening bank accounts for clients, including collecting necessary documentation and full liaison with banks
- Registration and subsequent support of Cyprus companies
- Conducting basic client due diligence (KYC - Know Your Customer)
- Consulting clients on all matters of migration and immigration law in Cyprus
- Interacting with external legal consultants on corporate law, license renewals, and other matters
Requirements
- Proficiency in Russian and English. Knowledge of Greek is an advantage
- 1 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate law and Cypriot law
- Residence in Cyprus
- Work permit
