We are looking for a Senior PSP Business Development Manager to expand our international payment partners network in Cyprus with relocation support and competitive salary.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract and develop partnerships with international PSPs, banks, EMIs, acquirers and other financial institutions
- Develop and scale the payment infrastructure across existing and new markets
- Independently research new GEOs and identify the most relevant local payment methods
- Lead commercial negotiations and agree on mutually beneficial partnership terms
- Manage the full onboarding cycle of new payment partners, from initial outreach and negotiations through to integration and launch
- Independently enter new markets and build an effective network of payment partners
- Develop the payment infrastructure growth strategy together with senior management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Legal and Tech teams
- Monitor the market, competitors, emerging payment solutions and new business opportunities
- Drive KPI achievement and deliver measurable business results
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in international payments, FinTech or the PSP industry
- Hands-on experience working with PSPs, payment platforms, acquirers, banks, EMIs or other financial institutions
- A strong personal network of professional contacts within the payments industry
- Deep understanding of international payments, acquiring and local payment methods
- Proven experience launching new markets and building a partner network from scratch
- Ability to independently identify and attract new payment partners
- Strong negotiation skills and experience communicating with C-level executives and senior management
- High level of ownership, initiative and result orientation
- Strong KPI-driven mindset and ability to deliver tangible business results
- Fluency in Russian
- English for international communication will be a strong advantage
