We are hiring a Junior Customer Success Manager based in Limassol, Cyprus, to work office-based with international B2B clients, focusing on onboarding, account management, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with international B2B clients
- Support onboarding and day-to-day account management
- Help customers get maximum value from our product
- Proactively focus on retention and growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to solve customer needs
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, or another client-facing role
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Motivation to grow in Customer Success
