Brainsome, located in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to manage and optimize marketing campaigns on their internal monetization platform.
Responsibilities
- Launch, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns on our internal monetization platform.
- Set up campaign flows using Redirects, Coreg, API Reject, Surveys, Interstitials, and other traffic routing mechanics.
- Create and update simple landing pages and creatives using AI tools and internal templates.
- Monitor campaign performance and key monetization metrics, identify anomalies and optimization opportunities.
- Implement campaign updates and optimizations based on performance and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Growth Managers, developers, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and continuously improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Russian language - C1/C2
- Experience in Lead Generation from 2 years.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify meaningful changes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes while understanding the logic behind them.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and making data-driven operational decisions.
- Ability to learn new technical systems and internal tools quickly.
- Basic English sufficient to read interfaces and documentation.
