Experienced IT Site Manager role at Kaz Minerals to lead IT operations and digital initiatives at a major production site in Kazakhstan.

Lead and manage local IT support services, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality delivery of IT services to site users.
Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve service reliability and user satisfaction.
Ensure the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site’s IT infrastructure in accordance with corporate IT architecture, governance, and standards.
Coordinate and obtain approval for significant infrastructure changes with the corporate IT organization.
Develop and enhance local applications and IT services while supporting the rollout of corporate technology solutions at the site.
Gather, document, prioritize, and manage local business technology requirements.
Build and maintain the local portfolio of IT initiatives and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and corporate IT strategy.
Coordinate the delivery of local IT and automation projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Drive business readiness and value realization from technology and digital initiatives.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and end-user support services within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to effectively partner with operational and business leaders.
Experience working in the mining, metals, heavy industry, or similar production environments will be highly advantageous.
