Who You Are: As Senior Sports Editor, you will guide our Sport editing team in delivering exceptional results across live sporting events and client projects. Your role will be a blend of remote, in office and onsite work, including event support, team leadership during group edits, and ensuring timely global content distribution. - • Strong editorial skills with expertise in RAW workflows, photo editing, and metadata management. • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and client service skills. • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines. • Proven ability to manage time effectively and function in high-pressure situations. • Strong leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing talent. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth workflows and resolve technical challenges. • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, often on evenings and weekends (valid passport required).

- Content Editing and Distribution: • Edit content remotely, in-office, and onsite at sporting events. • Deliver content for global distribution, utilizing advanced skills in JPEG and RAW workflows, photo editing software, metadata application, and FTP management. • Ensure timely uploads of images to multiple platforms, including websites and client destinations. • Collaborate with the Managing Editor to guide the editing team during group edits, ensuring cohesive teamwork and meeting deadlines.
