Leadership position focused on overseeing physical and industrial security, including management of security teams and asset protection, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Physical & industrial security
- High-value inventory / asset protection
- CCTV & Access Control Systems
- Loss prevention & incident investigations
- Security SOPs, protocols & risk assessment
- Management of external security providers and guard teams
- Control of access and movement of goods/materials
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in Corporate / Industrial Security
- Strong industrial, manufacturing or warehouse security background
- UAE / GCC experience highly preferred
- Experience with high-value goods, precious metals, jewellery, cash or secure logistics is a strong advantage
- Proven experience managing security teams / contractors
- Fluent English
- Russian language highly preferred
