We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation to lead a team focused on AI-driven trust and safety moderation at an office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of moderators, focusing on AI-driven moderation tools.
- Build relationships with 3rd-party vendors and ensure optimal performance.
- Drive continuous improvements in moderation workflows and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments and UGC platforms.
- Strong understanding of compliance, operational risks, and moderation challenges.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with AI moderation systems.
- English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
