Join and become part of a fast-growing global automotive manufacturer. Looking for Body Shop Manufacturing Engineers to support manufacturing processes, production improvement, and Body-in-White (BIW) operations at the plant in Subang.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing processes, production improvement, and Body-in-White (BIW) operations at the plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Engineer, or similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Body In White (BIW) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with welding processes, fixtures, jigs, and production equipment is an advantage.
- Familiar with industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, or KUKA, is an advantage.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
