Hiring a Senior Portfolio & Pricing Manager to lead portfolio performance and pricing strategy for Personal Loans and Consumer Auto portfolios at .
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio performance across volume, margin, risk and returns
- Shape and optimise pricing strategy, including risk based pricing and portfolio segmentation
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio economics, from customer and channel mix through to AI, automation and operational efficiency
- Partner across Product, Risk, Treasury, Finance and Distribution to turn insights into action
- Influence key Consumer Lending decisions and help shape our growth strategy
Requirements
- Understand the full picture of lending returns, from NIM and funding costs to credit risk, cohorts, customer behaviour and portfolio mix
- Commercially curious, analytically sharp
