- Scrum / Kanban / Agile Delivery
- Jira & Confluence Administration
- Sprint Planning & Backlog Refinement
- Daily Stand-ups / Sprint Reviews / Retrospectives
- Agile Governance & Team Setup
- Velocity, Burndown & Agile Metrics
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
- Release & Deployment Coordination
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with React / Micro-Frontend / Application Modernization
- Financial Services experience preferred
