Production Group Leader role responsible for managing large production operations and teams in Saraburi, Thailand, focusing on achieving targets, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily production operations to achieve production targets, quality and efficiency
- Lead and supervise a large production team of approximately 200–300 employees
- Manage manpower planning, work allocation and production line performance
- Monitor Production Output, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity
- Identify and solve production issues, including coordination with related departments
- Drive continuous improvement to improve production efficiency and reduce production problems
- Prepare and follow up on production reports, issues and corrective actions
- Ensure employees comply with company Safety, Quality and Production procedures
Requirements
- Experience in Production / Manufacturing / Production Management
- Proven experience managing a large production team (200–300 people)
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate in Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in an electronics manufacturing or industrial factory is a plus
