• Company is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its legal team, supporting an AI-powered document automation platform trusted by over 400 fintech, mortgage, and banking organizations. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role is central to the company’s commercial operations and growth.
• The Senior Counsel will independently manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS, API/data licensing, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the sales team to drive deals from negotiation to signature. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values direct collaboration with revenue teams, and views contracting as a business enabler.
• Beyond commercial contracting, the Senior Counsel will advise product and engineering teams on matters related to AI/ML, data privacy (including CCPA and GLBA), and financial services compliance, while also contributing to corporate governance and process development. This is a broad, high-impact role at a growth-stage company, offering significant ownership and influence across business and product strategy.
