We are looking for a motivated and responsible Affiliate Manager with 1-2+ years experience to effectively launch and manage partner campaigns and build trust-based relationships with partners.

Requirements

1-2+ years of relevant experience to effectively launch and manage partner campaigns
Ability to build trust-based relationships with partners to ensure stable and productive collaboration
Upper-Intermediate level for fluent business correspondence and verbal communication with international partners
Confident use of spreadsheets, messengers, CRM, and trackers for monitoring results and making informed decisions
Capability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, ensuring the proactive development of the affiliate network

Responsibilities

Attract and Onboard new affiliate partners to expand market reach and increase traffic volumes
Maintain and Develop relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective engagement and long-term collaboration
Analyze traffic performance and partner results to identify growth opportunities and optimize affiliate campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, finance) to promptly resolve issues related to offers, payments, and cooperation terms
Manage reporting and update partner and agreement data to maintain order and transparency within the affiliate program

Conditions

High salary (plus performance bonuses and salary revision)
Work schedule: Mon-Fri (9h with 1h lunch break), flexible start 8:00-10:00
