Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process independently
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Understand the specifics of the Forex industry
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in Forex
- Strong understanding of the Forex industry
- Fluent English — required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the recruitment process
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Results-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Conditions
- Full-time office position in Limassol
- Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
- Work visa sponsorship available
- International working environment
