- Scaling fast with paid media, advertorials, landing pages, and full funnels, all built in-house.
Responsibilities
- Creative strategy across platforms: Meta, Google, advertorials, TikTok paid (Spark Ads + whitelisted creator content).
- Manage full funnels: landing pages, advertorials, VSLs, email sequences.
- Research angles and hooks using customer reviews, surveys, Reddit, competitor ad libraries.
- Create creative briefs for editors, UGC creators, and designers.
- Scripting and copy oversight: write or heavily edit scripts, headlines, and page copy.
- Daily performance analysis on hook rate, ROAS, thumbstop rate, CTR, creative fatigue, and other key metrics.
- Decide what creative content to kill, scale, and iterate.
- Manage production pipeline: sourcing UGC creators, managing editors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of fresh creative assets.
- Implement structured testing frameworks, testing one variable at a time.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years experience creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies (not B2B or generalist).
- Deep direct-response background with understanding of customer psychology, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
- Fluent in Meta and at least one of: Google, TikTok Paid, or advertorial syndication (Outbrain/Taboola).
- Experience owning a creative pipeline end-to-end: research, strategy, production, launch, performance analysis.
- Strong written English skills for writing or heavily editing creative briefs, scripts, headlines, and landing page copy.
- Hands-on operator, not just a strategist or deck-maker.
- Daily use of AI to accelerate research, messaging, scripting, ideation, and workflows; AI fluency required.
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced environment and incorporating feedback quickly.
