Responsibilities
- Acquisition, retention, CRM and subscriptions.
- Shopify, CRO and international e-commerce.
- Revenue, LTV, CAC, margin and marketing ROI.
- Paid media, SEO, email and attribution.
- Brand positioning, product storytelling and community.
- Leadership of a 10–12 person marketing team.
Requirements
- Experience owning a marketing or commercial P&L in a £10M+ e-commerce business.
- Strong DTC, repeat-purchase or subscription experience.
- A balance of brand, performance marketing and commercial thinking.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, founder-led company.
Conditions
