• As a Member of Technical Staff on Product, you'll own the surfaces customers use to hire, direct, and trust their AI Employees, from the interface through the data layer. You will be designing new product experiences from first principles.
• Product surfaces where customers work with their AI Employees
• The APIs and data models behind those surfaces
• Interfaces for reviewing, approving, and correcting agent work
• Making complex agent output understandable by people
• Prototyping new interaction patterns for agentic products
• Have strong design taste and care how something feels, not just that it works
• Have strong frontend development skills, comfortable owning a feature from the interface through the data layer
• Have strong software engineering fundamentals and ship production systems
• Are comfortable where there are few established patterns
• Want to work in person in San Francisco
• You've built the frontend of products where the interface had to explain something complicated
• You have a design portfolio
• You contribute to open source projects
