Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects in digital products
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels — Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, and Brand campaigns
- Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments
- Confident with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library etc.)
- Hands-on experience with project management systems (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
- Proven record of integrating AI/automation (e.g. ChatGPT, AI Agents, n8n, Replicate, Fal.ai, custom GPTs) into workflow
