Own a live caseload of pensions searches and pension submissions.
Chase non-responding providers hard and professionally - a quiet provider isn't a dead end, it's a case that needs a phone call.
Confidently reach out to customers helping them to provide any further information needed in order to help us successfully locate their pensions for them.
You’ll work in short term sprints of smaller operational experiments and so be able to quickly understand our back end processes allowing you to adapt

A closer's mindset - you track your own numbers, you don't wait to be chased, and a target genuinely motivates you.
Thick-skinned enough to chase a provider three times and still sound professional on the fourth.
Sharp with detail and process
Confident on the phone and comfortable in writing - you'll do plenty of both.
A fast learner - able to pick up pensions operations and terminology; no prior pensions background required, but being able to quickly upskill on our current processes will be the key to success in this role.
