- We're looking for someone with exceptional design taste who can own the visual quality of our marketing—from brand systems and creative direction to the website itself.
- This is a hybrid design + technical role.
- You should have a strong foundation in design and an obsessive eye for typography, composition, motion, interaction, and visual systems. But you should also be comfortable working directly in code.
- Our website is custom-built, and we want the person who owns it to be able to actually make changes—not just write tickets for an engineer.
- You'll use modern AI coding tools like Claude Code to build, iterate, and ship design directly to the website.
- You'll work closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Engineering to make 's entire marketing presence feel cohesive, polished, and unmistakably ours.
- Own the visual design direction across the marketing organization.
- Develop and maintain the systems, guidelines, templates, and visual language that make consistently look exceptional across web, campaigns, events, content, social, and product launches.
- Raise the creative bar across everything marketing produces.
- Take end-to-end ownership of 's marketing website.
- Keep it current with new products, launches, case studies, campaigns, and messaging.
- Continuously improve its design, UX, performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall quality.
- Identify things that feel broken, outdated, inconsistent, or mediocre—and fix them.
- Work directly in our custom codebase to implement your designs.
- Use tools like Claude Code and other AI development tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship new experiences.
- You don't need to be a traditional software engineer, but you should be comfortable understanding a codebase, making frontend changes, debugging issues, and turning a design into a polished production experience.
- Develop and evolve 's visual identity across typography, color, layout, illustration, motion, photography, iconography, and interaction.
- Create systems that allow the rest of the marketing team to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Know when to create a reusable system and when to break the rules for something exceptional.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to bring new products, features, launches, and narratives to life.
- Turn positioning and messaging into compelling visual experiences across the website and broader marketing ecosystem.
- Design landing pages, campaign experiences, launch pages, interactive experiences, event materials, social creative, and other high-visibility marketing assets.
- Think beyond static design. Look for ways to use interaction, motion, and technology to make 's marketing memorable.
- Own the quality bar for marketing design.
- Establish QA processes for the website and other digital experiences.
- Regularly audit the site for visual inconsistencies, broken experiences, outdated content, responsive issues, and opportunities to improve.
- Don't wait for someone to tell you something needs fixing.
- You have an unusually high bar for design.
- You understand why something feels premium, modern, intentional, or generic.
- You have strong instincts around typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, interaction, and visual storytelling.
- You have a strong foundation in traditional design principles and can explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
- You understand systems—not just individual assets.
- You're comfortable working with code and technology.
- You don't need to be a full-stack engineer, but you should be able to navigate a frontend codebase, make changes, troubleshoot issues, and learn new technical tools quickly.
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, or similar technologies is a strong plus.
- You understand how modern AI coding and creative tools can dramatically accelerate the design process.
- You're excited to use Claude Code and other AI agents to go from idea → prototype → production without waiting on someone else.
- You have extremely high agency.
