We are seeking a Lead Founding Product Engineer to lead the company's most important new product initiatives and establish the technical foundations for future product lines.
Lead product engineering strategy for 0→1 initiatives.
Work directly with executive, product, engineering, and customer teams.
Define architectures and product development frameworks.
Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery.
Turn customer problems into differentiated products.
Establish engineering standards for emerging product teams.
Mentor senior product engineers.
Influence roadmap, architecture, and product strategy.
