- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a core area of the platform.
- You will take ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces and turn them into clear, usable, and high-impact product experiences. This is a hands-on IC role focused on discovery, definition, and delivery.
- You will work closely with engineering, domain experts, customers, and commercial teams to define what we build, why it matters, and how it comes to life in production systems.

- Own a key product area within the platform from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Work directly with customers and partners to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.

- Partner closely with engineering to design and ship reliable, scalable software systems.
- Define product metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate based on real-world usage.
- Drive prioritization across competing needs and help shape the product roadmap.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and product development workflows.
- 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping complex B2B or enterprise software products. Experience working in the energy industry and with utilities is a plus.
- Experience working on data-heavy, systems-oriented, or technically complex products (e.g., real-time systems, simulation, optimization, forecasting, or infrastructure software).
- Customer-facing experience, with a track record of turning user needs into shipped products.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on deeply technical systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools for product work (research, prototyping, analysis, documentation, etc.).
- Strong product judgment and a bias toward action and execution.
- Technical background in computer science, engineering, power systems, or a related field.
