Head of Legal role based in Cyprus with relocation available from Russia, CIS & Europe. Role involves legal support for investment and real estate transactions and managing a legal department.
Responsibilities
- Support for a wide range of investment transactions in the stock market
- Legal support for investment transactions in the real estate market
- Corporate law (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia)
- Control and management of contractual matters
- Litigation department
- Related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues
- Management of a legal department (5 people)
- Resolving real estate disputes in various countries
- Coordination with local lawyers and attorneys for litigation regarding real estate defects
Requirements
- Both Rus/Eng must be fluent
- Please, be ready to provide recommendations
Conditions
- Relocation from Russia, CIS & Europe is available & under discussion
- Compensation: 10k euro per month
